Join us at Corto for a pickle workshop hosted by Isca Chef Holly Sumner aka @hollpickles 🌞✌🏻

We're super excited to be presenting an evening dedicated to pickling and fermenting, and we know that so many of you are into the weird world of bacteria and yeast. And veg.

Holly will be passing on her knowledge into the wonderful world of pickling and all things jarred and preserved within this class. Learn from a bonafide chef from one of Manchester's top restaurants! Get hands-on with pickling! Take something tasty home!

As well as the session and your own jar to take home, a non alcoholic drink and snacks will be provided along with an optional natural drink pairing.

We’ll be offering an optional natural wine or cider pairing alongside your snack plate too.

Everything will be provided for this course so just bring yourself.


Sharp knives will be used so we are saying 18+ only for this session.
